Meet The Chef

Cristina is the passionate heart and creator of Spooned Catering. Her joy of cooking is showcased in her thoughtfully curated intimate dining experiences. Immersed in the culinary world for over 30 years, she's had the privilege and pleasure of working alongside high-end professionals in reputable restaurants in NYC.  She is now excited to bring her experiences to locals within the Hudson Valley where her roots first began.
